Strong motor and steady mixing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baking more than ever with the shelter-in-place order so this tool has been helpful. Adds wonderful height to batters that require lots of air and has been able to handle small batch bread dough as well.

I say investment because the price may be a deterrent to some. However it adds so much value to your home! Buy it. You won't regret it.
