[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At my request, my son purchased this mixer as a birthday present for me. As a surprise, he added the Shredder attachment. I have only used my mixer a few times since I received it, but it is so easy to use! It's a little heavy for me, but a vinyl mat solved the problem and helped me with moving it on my counter top. I particularly like the large 5-quart glass bowl for making large batches of cookie dough, or cake mixes. And it works great for mixing seasonings into ground meat, as well. No more squishing with my fingers! And, as a bonus, the blue color matches my kitchen beautifully! I have the most thoughtful son in the world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time using my hands to mix ingredients when baking and this had made things so much easier for me. I chose the glass bowl which does make it a little heavier but I prefer the glass over the metal.

Lovely color, useful

We received our electric blue stand mixer as a wedding gift in January 2016. Due to limited space until our new home, it had stayed in its box until September 2017 and then went unused until the last few months. It is lovely and definitely makes baking go by much quicker, but I’ve found that it wobbles and jerks during mixing. It improved after calibrating using the dime technique, but it still occurs frequently while making small to medium size batches of cookies which keeps me from rating it beyond 4 stars. If there is any advice to amend this issue, I’d be very grateful!
