[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best mixer I have ever had and used. I love how smoothly and evenly it mixes everything. I love the glass bowl so that I can see how everything is coming along. This mixer is heavy duty and does not move no matter how fast it is on.

This Christmas, my fiance gave me a candy apple read Designer Artisan model. OMG! I love this. I've made not only desserts, but healthy meals. Then to top it off, I purchased the spiralizer attachment! The kids love the healthy meals I can create. Since getting this mixer (all of 2 weeks ago) I've also purchased the meat grinder and the shredded/slicer. I live in a small cottage with limited counter/cabinet space. This mixer with attachments is everything I need. Now I can get rid of stand alone appliances and free up some room. Thank you KitchenAid!

Two gears needed to be replaced. I have had this for just over two years and I’m not a baker so rarely use it. I went to make pasta over Christmas and it was already broken. Two gears needed to be replaced. KitchenAid advised that it was no longer on warranty. I know generally this is a first class mixer but unfortunately for me, mine did not make that category.
