[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently last May 3rd and it was a present by my boyfriend and he had me choose. I always wanted a mixer and finally I have one! It's a great companion in baking and it makes things easier and faster. There's only one concern I had encountered, so far, when I used it for the first time. The glass bowl got stuck and couldn't take it off from the mixer when I was about to pour the batter onto the pan. I felt helpless and it didn't say any troubleshooting ways in the manual that came with it. I resorted to YouTube and it said to use cooking spray on the bottom of bowl, nothing happened. I put the mixer on the floor to try and shake it, neither. Anyway, I left it alone for a couple of hours and by this time, the bowl loosened up by its own. I guess this is something I may be encountering again in the future. Kitchenaid, is there a better way to solve this?
Other than this, I am very happy with my Candy Apple Red Stand Mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the Artisan Design Pearl White mixer for a short time and but really like the color. I have only used it 3 times so far. My only comment that isn't positive, is that the metal band around the head of it doesn't lie flush around the back side corners. Other than that, it is a 5 star mixer.
