The old one still works but it has moved from our home to our business. I can't live without my kitchen-aid mixer. From bread dough, pasta, to ice cream my Kitchen-Aid is always the best appliance in kitchen.

I just the color that I chose...Azure Blue. It has an antique look to it and it matches my kitchen really well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this kitchenAid mixer as a gift for my daughter's bridal shower. I have the silver mixer with the stainless steel bowl, and couldn't wait to get her this top of the line set. I especially like the pasta attachment and find that other members of the family are using it too, to make their own pasta. It's quite easy to use and the instruction booklet is very helpful. There was also a "special" rebate for another attachment, which arrived pretty quickly.

It is so much easier to use than a hand mixer (although I had the 6 speed kitchenaid hand mixer and it has served me well).it truly is a great product. I have no complaints so far and doubt I will.
