Even though it is heavy for me to lift, I love the stability and I don't have to worry about grabbing ingredients while it's in use next to me. My old mixer did not give me that confidence. My ingredients mix well together in a short amount of time. The power of the machine gets the job done faster.

My only disappointment in making the bread is that I only use the Kitchen Aid for a couple of minutes because it is so efficient at kneading the bread. I'd like to use for more time but it simply doesn't need more time.
