[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom has always had a Kitchen Aid mixer, and I bought one for myself. Can't go wrong with this mixer. Great for serious mixing and blending when the hand mixer just won't do. It's REALLY heavy! But I think that's a good thing. I guess once I learn all the attachments I can have more to say, but I am glad to have this appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Butter on the walls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Kitchen Aid Mixer. I am 82 years old and I have always used my hands, a big spoon, or a hand mixer. Since I have been cooking since I was 16, my friends can't belive I never had a Kitchen Aid. The review title refers to short bread cookies I make. They start out with soft butter and powdered sugar. The had mixer had one speed, "fast". So there was always sugar and butter everywhere. No More.
