It will be hers someday when she graduate and buys a house. Even if it is 20 years from now I have no doubt it will still be mixing, grinding, and peeling/spiral slicing. Its the ultimate mixer bar-none.

Now that I own one, I understand why it's necessary to find one in the majority of restaurants, bakeries and home kitchens. I so appreciate that KitchenAid offers an endless variety of colors which allowed me to purchase my favorite in the Design series, different cost levels and sizes to meet every household, attachments that fit just about every need towards food preparation and the confidence that comes with knowing that my mixer will be a useful tool that I can bequeath to a family member long after I'm gone! I double the recipe of everything I bake...the mixing bowl is that large! I even made a pan of 24 homemade rolls with the dough hook that is included with your purchase.
