[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best mixer I have ever used. I bake and cook gluten free from scratch and there are many steps that need to happen. This mixer makes baking/cooking that much easier to use. I don't have to worry about "over" mixing. I love how fast and easy it is to clean. The clear bowl lets me see that all ingredients are completely mixed together. I will never use anything else
