I called Kitchen Aid and they said they would send a mailing label to send it back. They never did. I called again and they said they would send a metal bowl to replace it. I hope they do...

Overcharged, defective, awful customer service

Was charged sales tax during tax free weekend. It will take 4-6 weeks for their tax team to just REVIEW the issue. The whip is slimy and turns my fingers black when touching. They will replace but it will take a while. They're sending replacement confirmations to my husband's email. He was NEVER part of the transaction. I'm not receiving any replacement confirmations.
I have exchanged numerous emails with KitchenAid. The level of incompetence is beyond belief. You would think it might get better as more emails are sent but this is not the case. The frustration I'm experiencing is enough so that I will not purchase from them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have made sourdough bread, angle cake and Christmas cookies since unpacking it a month ago. We bought it with the 5 pasta attachment and can’t wait to make our own sourdough pasta.

I have already made Macaroons and meatloaf. This mixer is a cooking/baking game changer. I now want to buy the pasta attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned three Kitchen aid stand mixers over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. The motor is very smooth and quiet, even when mixing stiff doughs. I love the glass bowl and the tilt-back head. The cherry red color looks great on my kitchen counter!
