Very nice washer. Great features, gets my clothes very clean. Not a quiet as I was expecting but not overly loud .

The design is fine however I find it to be noisy and I don't think my clothing ends up as clean as in the old Maytag that had the agitator in the center. .

I am disappointed in this washer

After reading Consumer Guide I chose this washer from Whirlpool. The previous 3 washers I have owned have been Whirlpool and I do not feel this one is near the quality of the others.It is very noisy and has a particularly annoying grunting sound during sensing and washing cycles. It squeaks and clangs during spinning.Also, I was disappointed to find out that the hot and warm cycles are cooler than normal. I want to use HOT at times and want warm to be warm, not cool! ! It certainly would not be suitable for a large family.I don't know if I am saving any energy since I have to pre-spray, add a booster to the detergent, and run things through the longer cycles to feel the clothes are clean. I cannot recommend this product.

SHOULD BE PULLED OFF THE MARKET BY WHIRLPOOL AND GIVEN MONEY BACK OR ANOTHER MACHINE.
