Not I was expected!

A lot a problem with this machine, 1st went you wash dark color clothes leave a soap marks I have to re-washer, the machines locks you have to wait into the machine stop working to check the clothing, 2, it don't start right away, I have to run the ball clock wise 5 time them unplug, plugged back them is star working happens every time I try to use it, 3 do not take enough soap or fabric conditioner on the soap drawers that is the reason the clothing come out dirty, Don't like this product at all

Would never recommend this washer

We have not had a pleasan experience with this washer. We can not trust it to work consistently. Many times, the wash cycle does not complete. Clothes are left soaking wet in the drum. It may take 2 or 3 hours to complete a cycle, sometimes correctly and sometimes not. Laundry is time consuming as it is, repeating cycles is totally aggravating and wasteful.

If I could give this a zero rating, I would. It lasted only 4 years until a total breakdown. The washer stopped draining the clothes, leaving them soaking wet. The hoses went bad. The lid lock refused to unlock, thus disallowing me to get my wet clothes. The spin cycle was hit or miss as far as it working. The motherboard went bad and the transmission was on it's last leg. I got a quote of $700 to repair in addition to the service call, and that's providing the transmission does not need to be replaced. I am very upset with Whirlpool!!!

Do not buy this washer

I bought this washing machine when I moved into my house in mid 2012. The machine has basically not worked properly for most of this time. I do two loads a week which means for anyone else, this machine would have broken in like two months.I've already had a repair man come in and he replaced some parts but said, "this is a horrible mode' and there was nothing he could do.The spin cycle does not work. I hang my sopping wet clothes each time. The screen says "47" minutes but really takes hours. It was such a waste of money.

This is absolutely the worst washer I have ever owned! It doesn't clean the clothes, it takes forever and you often have to wash the same item several times to get it clean. Sometimes it just sits and ticks then it can take over an hour and a half to wash and the clothes still aren't clean!

Terrible Washer!

We purchased the Cabrio serveral months ago and what a big mistake. Clothes get tied in knots, especially sheets and the washer then gets "stuck" in the wash mode and repeats the cycle over and over again. I don't dare leave home while washing clothes because the maching needs to monitored. Even more disappointing this washer DOES NOT CLEAN CLOTHERS. Pretreating soiled clothes, then using the hot water and heavy duty setting does not help at all. I wish I could post pictures of how dirty the clothers still are after washing. I would not recommend this washing machine to anyone.

From day one, my clothes were never clean. Now the washer tub bangs and cuts off the spin cycle. It takes a very long time to do a load of laundry even if it’s a very small load. The lock out system prevents you from seeing if it’s accually doing anything while washing. This washer is a disgrace for Whirlpool to sell.
