This washer does a great job and has the best features.

It cleans well and is energy efficient. I appreciate the different types of cycles for cleaning delicate to bulky loads. I am not particularly fond of having to run a special cycle to clean this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loke the machine so far. I only wonder about the longevity of the motor, it sounds to me like it start and stops a lot during a wash cycle.

We have only had this washer for less than 3 months. So far we have not had any problems. It is louder than I expected, I have to close the laundry room door. I do not like the slanted design top. I would prefer a flat surface top.

I was never so unhappy with any appliance. Almost every load of clothes I have to wash twice. There are lint or soap deposits on all the clothes. I use He detergents and less then half the recommended amount. I am using more water and electricity, therefore there is nothing energy efficient about this product. I don't even want to sell it to someone else. I want to just throw it away. But my husband won't let me. I will never buy another again. I will go back to the standard washer and dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
