Have been very satisfied with the washer overall. The only thing is that the noise level is loud. Having my laundry room off my kitchen the washer is a bit loud. Unfortunately the Sales person didn't mention that you might have a product that has a sound barrier. Overall the machine does a fantastic job in cleaning our clothes.Oh one other thing getting the product that you recommmend to clean the washer has been impossible to find.

This is the worst design for a whirlpool design.

All of my appliances purchased since 1971 have been Whirlpool, They were a quality product, until now. This washer is very noisy and spends half of its cycle time doing nothing. There is no way to adjust any settings to reduce washer time. Efficiency is designed to get a quality job done with the least amount of effort, this washer falls very short of that goal. The salesman at HH Gregg couldn't even ex plane to me how this washer properly worked, or we wouldn't have purchased it. How ever the fault lies with us for buying it. I will never blindly buy whirlpool again. Check it all out before you buy.!!!!!!!!!

Overall like the washer, like the manual features as well as auto cycles. It is much more noisey than my previous washer, and seems to shake and vibrate more than previous washers I have owned.

Works alright but not for caked on stuff.

It doesn't use as much water as my previous maching but it doesn't remove caked on dirt either. If my son's pants have caked on mud, it is still there at the end of the run. The delicate cycle also doesn't seem to work correctly. It seems kind of rough on the material (it has pulled out many seams) so I don't use the longer, stronger cycles. So. . . the lightest cycle (delicates) doesn't seem to clean things and the highest cycles seem to damage things so I use the middle and it works pretty well.

We bought both the washer and dryer a little over a month ago. Very pleased with the performance of both appliances.

I really expected more from a Whirlpool Washer. The lid locking feature seem like a waste. Do not think I will ever buy another.
