Overall good product

Overall, this product offers excellent cleaning ability, energy and water savings, and is well-designed. My only complaint is this washing machine drain hose is about 6 inches too short. I have my drain right to the right of the machine and yet the drain hose verily reaches the drain. For as long as Whirlpool has been making washing machines, I expect Whirlpool to be able to get the length of the drain hose right, but unfortunately Whirlpool fails to meet this expectation produce in this particular area. My washing machine drain is located right next to the hot and cold water supply tubes and is not located very far from the machine at all. When washing something that produces significant vibration suchas a rug, the vibration knocks the drain hose out of the drain and as a result floods the floor and adjacent area.

GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE VIBRATION. I JUST WANTED SOME THING QUIETER.THE EASE AND LOOKS OF THE MACHINE ARE GREAT.

Some great features, some not so great.

I'm not totally convinced this was the best machine for my money mostly because of the water saving feature. I tried to soak two bed pillows, but I could only fill the tub about 1/4 full. I tried the soak cycle, but the pillows were still dry on the upper side. Fortunately, I have a large laundry sink so I was able to let them soak overnight in the sink and then transfer them to the machine to wash them. This was a bit cumbersome, but I got the job done. The machine is also fairly noisy. Other than that, the machine is easy to use and cleans well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had the washer for a few months now and so far there are no big complaints. Because its a HE washer it uses less water than the older washers which means you need to use less detergent and smaller loads. Sometimes after a wash I'll notice lint/dirt left on the clothes, but a run through a dryer and a dryer sheet or two seem to take care of that. So if you like to line dry then an old model might be better. If you are washing REALLY dirty clothes you might want to wash them separately (or just a couple pieces) to be sure they get thoroughly clean.The controls and instructions are easy to understand, noise and vibration seem pretty normal but mine is down in the basement so its not an issue. For what it's worth this machine gets the job done for me and beats spending $20 a trip to the laundromat.

I have been very satisfied with my new products. The cleaning has been superior to my previous appliance and the dryer has performed above my expectations. It used to take my clothes double the time to dry that I have found the new dryer to perform in an excellent manner..

I love my new Whirlpool Cabrio? Washer.I love the design, the touch controls, but especially love the feature of not havering an agitator. Without the agitator, I'm able to do very large & bulky items, and that makes me happy.

My Clothes are C L E A N

I really love the cleaning this machine provides. Of course, my old machine was, well...old, its cleaning had really waned. And it uses much less water! The only complaint is my clothes come out tangled no matter how I load them.
