Must have product!

This washer has a huge tub and washes clothes great! I love the ease of adding the detergents to their respective spots. The ecoboost option is great and really helps keep costs of running down. The sensor makes for using much less water than other washers! Cant beat the quality and performance for the price. Very happy with this purchase!

Good All Around Product

I've owned this washer for two months now. It works great and has many features to it. Now it has yet to be tested because I'm the only one using it at the moment. Come next year my family will be here which totals my wife and four kids. So if this washer continues to perform as it does now when everyone else is home then this will be an excellent buy and product. Only time will tell.

Good size, good features and a very good price.

The 3.6 cu. ft. has fit our needs well. It will handle all size loads with very good cleaning results. Once we walked through the first washing load with the instruction or users manual we found it very easy to use and just as simple as our last 14 year old whirlpool washer.The noise during the start up took a little getting used to but it has become the norm and the duration of the sounds last less than a minute during the start sequence. The other feature my wife likes is that she still has the ability to change the computerized settings or wash programs to accommodate special washing requirements.

You cannot have this washer anywhere near a room where you want to have a conversation or any quiet. It makes very loud clicking and grinding noises the whole way thru the cycle.There are few choices for a small load, or timed wash based on experience only the preset options which make for a very long cycle which I cannot believe will be more cost effective. On some cycles the water never touches the clothes and they come out dry, not due to spin cycle.Sloped top does not allow you to place anything on top of the washer

I don't think this type of washer without the traditional agitator is a good idea. The clothes get twisted around together and very wrinkled even on the casual setting. Didn't need all of the expensive features, but the salesman convinced me that this type of agitation was the best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is so quiet while running. My clothes seem to be much more cleaner and whiter compared to my old whirlpool I had. I would highly recommend this washer.

This washer is so loud-- to the point of annoyance. Our laundry machine is in the house, so we try to wash when we are not near it because of the noise. In addition, our old agitator style washer was better at cleaning the clothes. Using the recommended detergent amount from various brands of liquid detergent produced the same results-- it saturated the clothes with fragrance to the point that the residue irritated the skin. We have learned to use 1/3 the recommended amount. The only reason we continue to use this washer is due to the fact we cannot afford to replace it so soon after replacing our previous washer with this disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
