I have always owned Whirlpool products and currently have a dishwasher that I love. However, I have NEVER had a washing machine that I truly hate. The sound of the washing cycle grates on my nerves, but I can close the door to the wash room and block that. My main complaint is that no matter which cycle I choose, my clothes come out twisted and so wrinkled that everything has to be ironed. I have never had that problem, and I just hate to wash clothes now. I am so sorry I purchased this product.

Dark clothes come out with streaks of white residue on them requiring them to be re-washed without soap. Residue is not removed in dryer so it is not just lint. Service rep came out and reviewed how to load clothes, adjust settings on machine for extra rinse,amt. of HE soap to use,etc. Followed all this without success. Have now changed to premeasured ALL pucks (was using Wisk HE)bypassing the dispensing cup and problem is better. Only the few things that end up at bottom of tub have some white residue. Had Front loader previously and never had this problem. Would not recommend this machine!

Best washer I have ever owned

Replaced a washer only 7 yrs old. This Cabrio unit, with matching dryer, is a keeper! The Cabrio is extremely efficient; very frugal with water; uses less detergent; a breeze to operate; spins everything incredibly dry which saves on time in the dryer. A terrific machine.

Not what I was hoping for...

Clothing does not seem to come clean, even small loads. Always have to use a double rinse even with a very small amount of laundry soap. Probably not enough agitation.

Great Washer

Many energy and cost saving inovations BUT it is noisy. I was surprised when I first used it and very greatful it is in my basement laundry area. Besides the noise, it is a good eco-friendly cost saving washer.

I was extremely pleased with this machine until I started using different cycles. The bulky cycle stops after wash cycle every time I use it. It becomes unbalanced. No matter how balanced I load the washer it fails EVERY TIME. There is no point in having a Bulky item cycle that doesn't work. Besides that I have only one other complaint. This machine is noisy. Much noisier than any other machine I have ever owned.
