Easy to use

Save water and electricity! Easy to use. Setback is youhave to use He detergent and only Tide has it. Another setback for fastest spin dry is it can damage delicate fabric.

We found this machine to clean clothes well. However, it has put holes in 4 garments (1 oxford shirt, 1 fleece jacket, 1 knit pants, 1 girls underwear). A machine in this price point should work flawlessly but this one does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so dissappointed with this machine. Clothes are always tangled and covered with lint. I wish I had my 20 yr. old washer back. I would never recommend this washer for any one.

This product is the best for the money

I like everything about my washer except the noise it makes as it starts the cycle and the fact the door locks at the beginning of the cycle. In order to throw in a last minute item, one has to start the cycle all over again. Other than that this washer is great and really gets our clothes clean. Easy to use.

Trouble getting used to the top surface slant.

1. I do not like the slanted lid/top surface. Most things I set on it slide rights off. 2. I also do not feel the clothes wash as well as my old washer. I tried to use the different soil levels and it doesn't seem to make much difference. 3. I do not like the lid lock. If you want to add or take something out after the washing or spin cycle starts, it takes quite a few minutes.
