My review pretty much relates to the others here. It is 4 years old and just quite spinning. Really didn't have time to have it looked at. A washing machine is a pretty important appliance and reliability is a must. I will be making a fire pit out of the drum and the rest will go to the scrap yard. NEVER will buy a Whirlpool---Should have listened to my mother--Sold the dryer and re branded

It does a good job at cleaning clothing with minimal water usage. Its capable of doing a nice size load of laundry. The features are helpful in particular the timer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love not having to set the water level... No guessing, machine takes care of it. Clothes all come out clean. I have washed sheets and bed spread together, that was nice. Didn't have to wait for two wash loads.

Amazing how it senses size of the load and adjusts the water. Cleans well, and features easy to use. I like the Eco-boost feature.

This is a disappointment

I just bought the washer (and matching dryer) from a local dealer. When the guys delivered it, they hooked it up and tried it. We all noticed the machine shakes terribly when spinning. The installers tried to re-level the machine, but gave up for the evening. Today, they returned and ran through the same thing, but still the machine shook like a wet dog. Even with a large load, it still shakes when spinning. The machine is extremely noisy, and it completely tangles the clothes. I don't see how the clothes can be cleaned when they are all twisted together. Each cycle seems to be extremely slow - I believe that is part of the energy saving program in the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
