You do not have to be a computer genius to operate this washer. Controls are easy to operate and to understand. The large tub is another good feature along with the water savings. I do like the size of this washer, too.

This washer does an excellent job on cleaning all types of laundry, very easy to use, I noticed some saving on my utility bills. Cons- The clothes get a little twisted when cycle is done, but I can live with that. There is no oxy clean compartment. Good all around machine!

I like the fact that there are lots of settings to choose from when "setting up" to do my laundry. The machine is VERY nice looking aesthetically. I also like the fact that I think Whirlpool is a reputable manufacturer and the machine is made in the USA.

In my opinion this is a terrible washer. My washer does not clean clothes as it does not even wet them 14 minutes into a wash cycle. It tangles and twists clothes so everything has to be ironed. It does not rinse properly. It does not remove pet hair or any type of lint. I wish I had my old Whirlpool back -- you have lost me as a customer. And Yes I am using HE detergent and have read every direction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is so far the best washer we have had. The last one was a front loading Maytag and we had nothing but trouble with it. This is by far superior.
