Easy to Use

Warning: I do not see any "energy savings" with these new machines. Yes, they use less water, however the cycles seem LONG resulting in more electricity being used. After about 6 months I noticed that 2 of the lights are out. It is also louder than I expected. Not intolerably so, but louder than my previous machine and louder than I expected it to be. I have an open plan home, so this is a tad bothersome. It does seem to clean clothes well. They come out wrinkled & twisted a bit because of the low water & the way the new technology is, but you just need to shake 'em out before putting in the dryer and they come out nicely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The idea that less water is better, seems goodbut at the end of the day, does not always result in cleaner clothes.Since one cannot try out the washer before buying,one is stuck with what one buysbut I wish I had my old washer which got my clothes cleanand was more"flexible" in how it could be used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced this washer with a front loader that I hated! Very easy to use. I love all the features except for one. I don't like that the top locks and you can't add into the washer in the beginning. It cleaned very well and my items did not have a funny smell as with a front loader.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer could not be better its huge, quite, and water efficient. I wish the outside design was a little smaller but that is nothing compared to how well it work!

Great machine with just the right amount of technology to make it simple and easy. Programs let you pick exactly what you want done and it shows you if your selections are the most energy efficient. Does a great job on cleaning the clothes with as little detergent as possible.
