Washer of the future

Energy Star all the way. Saves on water,electricity and time...Simply set it and forget it....The washer even lets you know when its completed it's task...Performance is great, clothes are clean and I'd even say less wear and tear on the garments...Cut my water bill by 1/4 and the cloths are dryer do to the high speed spin therefore less drying time...My only real complaint,if you could call it one is the sound level...A little high for me....

wish they would last

2 years old and total failure of motor and drive, they replaced unit with same only hoping for it to last.Its only two of us no kids so it's not overloaded. Very suprised its not built better.Expect better from such a good company

I have had the same problem with soap not being rinsed well enough but it was only in the beginning when I was using much more soap than recommended. I just couldn't believe that such a small amount of liquid HE laundry detergent would get my clothes clean. But it does! I haven't had any problem with extra staining or odors compared to the many washers I have used in my life. In fact, I think this is my favorite as far as design and how quiet it is. I was very surprised to see how big this washer is when I started putting clothes in to wash.

Great product, lessens dry time with efficient spin cycle

This machine is great. I love the efficiency of the spin cycle which saves energy on dry time with my older dryer. It is easy to use and the many cycle options is a plus with my many types of laundry such as kid clothes, greasy shop clothes, barn clothes, to office uniforms. It does it all with a touch of a button or turn of a dial. Easy, Easy. Keep up the good work.

I LIKE THE LARGE CAPACITY TUB AND WITHOUT THE CENTER AGITATOR. I LIKE THAT DESIGN ABOUT IT. WHAT I DON'T LIKE IS THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO DECIDE HOW MUCH WATER IS DISPENSED INTO THE TUB. THAT IS PRESET BY THE GOVERNMENT, SO THAT YOU CANNOT PUT MORE WATER IN IF YOU WISH. I FEEL LIKE MY CLOTHES DO NOT COME OUT CLEAN AND SOFT WHEN USING FABRIC SOFTNERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER.
