the innovation of the slow water flow and setting in the tub pays off...the rinse and spin is fabulous..........clothes are extremely free of water which makes the drying time much shorter timeThanksTS

The lock feature is frustrating at times. Happy about how dry the clothes are after washing due to high spin cycle. Great that it uses less water.The dryer dries clothes quickly.

I have only used the washer a few times. However, it seems to save on water & appears to clean the laundry really well. I have no complaints at this time & would recommend this product to anyone. I was a little leary of it since it weighs the laundry and only allows a short amount of water. But it has been really good so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't see the amount of water the machine puts into a load, Clothes such as pants, sheets, towels, and other larger items come out all tangled up. Very noisy during first phase of cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

FABULOSITY!

I have been using cheap machines for years, and we have to replace them every two years - we do 2-3 loads of wash per day. It was time to UPGRADE, but I hate the front loaders - had one in Italy for two years, thought I was going to lose my mind. We even wrote songs about our horrible Candy Washing Machine.....so now I have a WINNER! We live in a 900 sf single-wide mobile home. We hear every noise, feel every jiggle. This washer is so quiet, love the musical end of cycle alert, gets the clothes VERY clean, so very cool! REMEMBER TO LOAD CORRECTLY, use only the proper amount of HE detergent only, and if you use fabric softener use a name brand and follow it with a capful of water in the dispenser.....there is NO fabric softener that doesn't need a capful of water in it - it will spot your clothes, otherwise. Got a good price, a good warranty, and this Goddess is truly happy :)

Awesome features

I purchased this machine because of the features and the price. I found that I really enjoy this machine and the cleanliness that it provides. Things I don't particularly like but can live with are that it has a lid lock and sometimes I may find an additional item I want to throw in and can't due to this feature, or if the load gets unbalanced, I cannot fix the load without completely stopping the machine and restarting the load. But the lid lock feature, though I don't know WHY that is needed on a machine, is a feature I don't care for but can live with. Other than that, I enjoy my new machine and would recommend it to others!!
