I purchased the matching washer and dryer in August, 2011. I love it. While the "noises" it makes are different from the agitator type machine we owned previously, they are not tolerable. We have an upstairs laundry. Some reviews talk about clothes getting twisted. Yes that does happen. They got twisted in the agitator machine as well. The only times I've had problems with it going off balance is when I do bulky items #blankets# I hang around those days, to readjust the load. The timer is great. Easy to plan around when the loads will be done. As far as soap. YOU NEED VERY LITTLE WITH THIS MACHINE.Using too much soap could be the reason it doesn't rinse out. Less water means you need less soap. One brand I buy, says you need only 1/8th cup in a full load with an HE machine. 120 loads per bottle. Not only do I save money on water, I save it on Liquid Detergent AND fabric softner. I was skeptical to use so little. It works, my clothes come out clean and fresh smelling. Remember to use the Affresh Machine Cleaner monthly to remove excess soap residue. Especially important if you use too much.

Great washer

Just replaced a 20 year old Whirlpool washer with this one. This is a really nice washer, I like everything about it except one thing. The washer spins so well that my clothes come out incredibly wrinkled. Clothing that I usually hang to dry absolutely must be ironed or it looks awful. On the plus side, since I did not replace the 20 year old dryer, the clothes that I do put in the dryer are wrung out so well that dryer time is reduced!

Nice Machine easy to use. Wife loves it. Dryer is hot as it needs to be. Never buy another one.

I love this washer! Does a great job of cleaning! It is a little bit noisy, but not a problem. Love the extra heavy settings!

This washing machine is very easy to use, I love all the features its very quiet. I like that it uses a lot less water and that its energy efficient. I'm glad I purchased this washer.

I purchased this machine about 10 months ago. It is very different from my previous agitator washer, but I thought I'd get used to it over time. WRONG! I HATE it. I tried using powdered HE detergent first, and my finished wash had streaks of undissolved detergent all over it. So I bought liquid detergent. Same thing happened. I have to routinely turn on "Extra Rinse" for any hope of getting all detergent out. This extends the length of a wash cycle to over an hour! I also hate that the lid locks, so you can't just toss in an extra item after the cycle has begun--you have to wait for the lid lock to click. I also don't like the fact that the water level is lower than the load of clothes! I think that accounts for the fact that my wash does not rinse cleanly. And if it doesn't rinse cleanly, how can my clothes be clean??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is truly the best washer I have ever had! I can't believe the savings on water and detergent. The super spinner spins the clothes so well that the drying time is a half hour shorter. There is nothing bad I can say about it. I absolutely love it!

IF MY WIFE LIKES IT ITS A GOOD PRODUCT , THIS WASHER IS A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT OVER OUR LAST WASHER THAT ONLY LASTED 4 YEARS BEFORE IT SPUN ITSELF OUT OF CONTROL AND BROKE SPRINGS AND A BELT !
