Similar problem as dryer...

Once again, I wanted to stay with an American company but this washer does not help remove pet hair. If you do not have pets you will be fine as it cleans fine and is efficient. But, I have to use the extra rinse cycle to help remove pet hair and that still doesn't help. Wish I had returned this product as well.

This is the worst appliance i have ever had. I am smart enough to control my washing preferences, I do not need a machine to tell me how to wash my clothes. After studying many washers on line and traveling from store to store to find one that would fit in my laundry room and "give me the features I need" i decided on this washer. Here is a list of what i don't like.1.You have no access to water. The lid locks while water is running. Water wont run without clothes. Therefore I can't pre-scrub or wet down or clean around the laundry room. NO WATER.2. Although I use the recommended detergent and the dispenser, it doesn't always dissolve and sometimes leaves soap residue on my clothes. This has some of my family itching due to allergies. So I use 2 rinse cycles now, never did before. Water efficient??3. No matter how I load the clothes they either come out the same way I put them in or twisted so badly that I have to unravel them.I am Now Ironing T-shirts. It's ridiculous.4.Time -- it used to take me from 25 to 30 minutes to wash my clothes in "AN OLD FASHION" washer. Now it takes 47 to 62 minutes.5. So to sum it up. IT IS NOT EFFICIENT IF I HAVE TO USE 2 RINSE CYCLES,IT IS NOT EFFICIENT IF IT TAKES AN HOUR TO DO A 30 MINUTE LOAD OF LAUNDRY.IT IS NOT CONVENIENT IF I CANNOT ACCESS WATER.AND IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY OR EFFICIENT IF I NOW HAVE TO IRON PAJAMAS, T- SHIRTS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT COME OUT OF THE LAUNDRY.I cant wait till I have enough money to scrap this and buy an "old fashion" washing machine..

All things considered the washer is ok. The noise level while washing is terrible. Very disappointed. I never thought to ask about noise and a washer would not buy if I had known about the noise. Shop around for a quieter washer. If I could trade it in for a quieter machine I would. We have had the machine for 14 months. Regretting our purchase.

We used to have a front load HE washer that we borrowed for a long time. We had problems with it shaking the whole house on the spin cycle and it was constantly leaking. When we first purchased this washer, we were kind of expecting the same thing. However, we were quite pleasantly surprised. This is the quietest washer we?ve had, and the spin cycle is great because we don?t even realize when it?s spinning, which is a plus considering it doesn?t feel like the washer is hopping around everywhere violently. The clean factor knocked the old front load washers we had out of the water. I'm excited about using this washer for years to come, and hope it lasts as long as my parent's whirlpools, which are about 10 years old now.

Easy to use!

The design of this washer is very nice. Easy to use and fairly quiet. We actually use less soap than recommended because we have found white marks on our clothes after washing. It's not particularly great for washing bulky items like blankets because they tend to get tangled and you have to pause the washer to rearrange it. But overall we would recommend this washer.

I've been using this machine since March 2012. I think it really does a great job with my laundry. It also saves money on detergent and even more on my water bill. I am very pleased.

I have both the Cabrio Washer and Dryer. I love them both. I had to get use to the dry time, it's a little longer than what I was use to (I also had a very old dryer) I have already recommended this product to family and friends. For the price you really can't go wrong!!
