Meets all my requirements.

This washer has lived up to all the billing. Water usage is very minimal and all the features are easy to use and understand. Clothes come out very clean, and the spin cycle is really thorough, which helps cut drying time down. I don't believe it is as quiet as listed, but it is by far not a deal breaker. We make our own laundry detergent that is low suds, and works very well. Large items are no problem, and i have yet in 2 months never had a problem with clothes being twisted. Load the washer as instructed and you will have no problems. The cleaning of the washer cycle works very well.

Efficient washer

Works great, nice not having an agitator. The only downside is it leaves some lint on my clothes that I don't put in the dryer, but I can just wipe it off not too big of a deal. Kinda funny that for once the dryer gets done before the washer. And it is a bit noisy.

After poor quality with my old washer and even more issues then having it die on me I was on edge about buying a new washer. I had the best service guy who offered me some advice. So, off I went to purchase a new washer. The brand brought me to this washer and with the overall look and size I was hooked. I then was excited to learn the features would exceed my expectations. The machine is great. Thank you Whirlpool!!!!

Not if you want clean clothes

clothes just do not get as clean with these low water washers. My husband bought this washer without my input. For just basic every day clothes, I suppose it works ok, but if you live in a rural area and actually get your clothes dirty or have animals I would not recommend this or any other low water washer. Towels never smell clean. Stains and odors do not come out. If my husband had not spent so much money on this washer, I would scrap it immediately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product as a floor model special with the matching dryer and am pleased with it's performance. It can handle alot of clothes and uses little soap with it's HE design. The only thing I would change is I wish it would allow you to make more adjustments manually because it's digital you are handcuffed on the settings they have locked in a example is you can't shorten the lengh of run time manually. Great product Whirlpool

Wish there was a way to manually fill tub partially with water . Minor inconvenience : other than that, a great water and detergent saver and clothes come out exceptionally clean. Plenty of options for different garments.
