Love this washer

I love this washer. It is very easy to use and gets your clothes clean. I live the fact that you can do a pre-soak on any load. It is large enough to wash a large comforter and a large load of clothes. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have no real complaints, but I feel that my previous Whirpool agitator washer was much better and it had to be since the washer and dryer pair were 16+ years old and performed beautifully (only 2 services calls). I feel that the clothes come out of the new washer very wrinkled and it seems to take more drying time. Am sure I will get used to it and have been experimenting with temperatures and cyles to find the right mix. Also have not discovered yet the right amount of clothing - it seems to wash better with just the right amount in the load which is not always possible and since the water level adjusts itself, am not sure if this works properly. The dryer drawer sticks out on the left side and you really have to close it sharply for it to be flush which just takes some adjustment. I have been a Whirlpool purchases for 45+ years, but must say that the last dishwasher we purchased and this washer/dryer do not seem to be the same quality of your older products. But that is par for the products in today's world unless you can afford the premium brands and I have heard complaints about them also.

worst washer ever

This washer does not wash clothes.It takes for ever to finish cycles . I have to add water by hand in order to get enough water in mashine to get them clean. It does not spin clothes properly, they come out soaking wet. I believe there should be a recall on this product. It is not high efficiency or good for the environment when you have to wash your clothes 3x to get them clean. It destroyed one new blanket which came out chewed up and torn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was nervous getting this product after reading other reviews. I am very happy with this washer. It is very easy to use. I follow all instructions as per the very easy chart that comes with the washer. The only problem I had was when I washed dark items in cool water, a pair of dark pants and sweater seemed to trap the soap film. It only happened with a specific pair of pants and sweater. I wish there was a way to do a second rinse. I ran them again on a short wash without soap and it was fine.

I bought my whirlpool cabrio about a month ago and I can already notice I am using less detergent. Also the spin cycle is so powerful its takes my laundry half the time to dry after washing. Very pleased with my purchase.

I LOVE my Cabrio Washer & Dryer! I have always had laundry centers (dryer on top of washer) for the ease and no bending. With the hamper door it made the transition easy for me, does not bother my back at all. Love that it is quiet and takes the guess work out of what size load to run. Also I only use a 1/4th of the laundry detergent and fabric softener that I use to use. If there was any negative to it, that would be putting afresh in it but with only me and my husband I only do that every 2 months instead of the monthly recommendation.
