A very good machine for the money

I've used this washing machine for about 5 weeks now, and so far I'm happy with my purchase. The controls are very easy to use and the pre-set cycles make choosing the water temps, soil levels, etc. simple. I was a little leery of buying a machine that utilized the water-conserving technology, but so far the machine is doing the job just about as well as my old agitator-style machine did. I have noticed that it doesn't always get the all of the cat hair and fuzz off of my clothes, but most of that flies off while the clothes are in the dryer, so it's not a big issue. Also, the machine gets a little noisy at times, but overall it's much quieter than my old machine, which always sounded like it was falling apart or "transforming" while running. For the money, I feel like I've gotten a great machine and I would recommend it.

the product is disappointing

the washer is in my kitchen and when the washer agitates it makes so much noise that we cannot hear each other talk.. My husband is a farmer and works with machines all of the time and he thinks the motor wll burn out stopping and starting as it does......the tub is hard to load with large loads......the machine makes wrinkles in cloths that are hard to get out....I like to ,line dry alot of my cloths.....the dryer is great and really fluffs the cloths and dries them quickly....I am disappointed in this new technology...I would like my old agitating machine back....

Don't Expect Washer to Last . . .

I purchased this washer in February 2012 expecting it to last for many years only to find out in Oct. 2015 (3 yrs. 8 mos. later) that the washer's transmission is leaking oil and will need to be replaced!!! The machine was not washing the clothes nor spinning out water on the spin cycle. It would take me over 2 hours just to wash one load when it should only take about an hour. Not a happy camper to have to constantly rewash clothes and babysit the washer to make sure it was washing and spinning out water correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only one slight issue......more times than not when I am washing my blacks, I have to do a second rinse. I am very cautious not to use too much detergent. Even with that being done, a second rinse is necessary. Could this be due to the water level being so low?

What I dislike:Having to arrange the clothes around the center of the machine.Locking feature on lid.Spin cycle, even set on high, does not spin my clothes as dry as my old machine.I question whether enough water goes into the machine to properly clean clothes.
