A good washing machine that gets the job done, but a bit pri

Really hate the sloped top, as washer is in kitchen and it would be nice to be able to put laundry basket on top while running without it sliding off and for better work space. The constant on-off of the machine is more distracting than my previous traditional washer, although not really any louder. Clothes are well cleaned without the knotting that I'd heard are a problem with some high efficiency washers. I would like to be able to do a spin only cycle and not just a rinse and spin (like for already wet items to line dry or when bulky items have puddles in the folds). For the price, would have liked the above mentioned features. I chose this over many other models since the plate in the bottom is flat for bulkier clothes, and items can't get caught under the "agitator" which was a problem with former, traditional washer and other high efficiency washers had a large gap. Hay and fuzzies seem to stay in washer instead of disappearing like in previous washer. Nice to be able to choose bulky cycle for larger items or for really dirty items to have more water for diluting dirt. Used on stiff, bulky farm clothes and great.

We have owned front loading Washers for the last 15 years or so. The last one we owned, Bosche products were great but my wife likesThese better.

It took a little getting used to putting the clothes around the middle of the washer, at first I thought Ugh! but now it is nothing to it. The washer is a water saver and I Love it. Does an excellent job of getting the clothes clean.

Washing is an all day experience

It is 7:51 on the east coast. I have once again been trying to get ONE load of clothes to wash. I started this load at 3:00 AM. This washing machine worked OK for the first year. We've had it a total of three-four years. Literally when a wash load starts and finishes with 30-40 minutes we celebrate. Normal wash time? 3-4 hours. I hate this washing machine is a phrase my husband and I use everyday. I wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone. The dryer mate works OK, not great. It stops shy of completely drying clothes, which is normally fine as long as I am there to remove and hang up clothes, but on jeans and blankets, not such a good thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how clean my clothes come out. The washer is easy to use and has so many functions. The fact that you can run it anytime and not have to worry about it being loud is wonderful! I love my new washer!!!

This product vibrates terribly in spin cycle

Vibrates in spin cycle. We called the repair man. He said that's the way this product operates. He said his job is to replace parts to fix problems. He said there was no part he could replace to fix the problem. We just live with it.I have videos of the vibration but was unable to upload them.

We just wish we could have afforded the Cabrio dryer but being retired has its drawbacks. Thank you Whirlpool for updating your products.
