Great product - uses less detergent and water yet gets cloth

It took some getting used to, but after the learning period - we love the washer! Whites come out whiter with less detergent.

This product takes some time getting used to

Always having a washing machine with a agitator, not having one takes some time getting used to. Will I ever get used to it the question.I also am not comfortabel putting too big of a load into the washer because of the low water level even though the capcity seems rather large. This is definite a negative. I ALSO HATE THE FACT THAT THE TOP OF THE WASHER AND DRYER SURFACES ARE NOT LEVEL!! Quite honeslty had I known how much this would bother me, I would have never gotten this model. Flat surfaces are always best!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The spin cycle does a really good job which means less drying time.

I have used the Eco Boost cycle and it does save water. I would like the product to have been quieter. I have had difficulty with bulky items not spinning correctly and the machine banging loudly. This was using the bulky cycle also. I was glad I was there when the load unbalanced. Overall though the product is good for money. I also use the Affresh as the manufacturer suggests.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very efficient washer. Love all the choices for temps, cycles and large size accommodates all my bedding...drys very well...highly recommend this top loader
