I don't like to have to "keep the central thingee" clear of any clothing. Why don't they give us a 'plumber's helper' to keep the clothes off of the thingee?I'm scared to death to put in more than maybe 10 inches of laundry.. might get onto the central thingee.Not sure (as a single person) that the energy savings are worth not being able to just use the washer as a hamper ..... throwing everything in from the doorway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first time with electronic washer and dryer

The only issue I have with the washing machine is that the fabric softener dispenser does not empty completely and if I don't get into it and wipe out the excess, it wants to clog. It empties, but the design of it holds the softener in the little divided cup area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best washer and dryer I have ever had. You can fill the washer with a hugh load of clothes and they all come clean!

This washer does a fine job at cleaning if you follow directions about how to load clothes. It is somewhat loud. Clothes come out VERY well wrung out which means much shorter dryer time. I don't really like the lid lock as it's not as easy to toss in forgotten items. Overall it seems to be a good purchase (we've only had it for about a month, so time will tell).
I would recommend this to a friend!
