Exceeded expectations.

Our machine was rated as a BEST BUY from Consumers Report. It was totally a value and reliability based purchase. From an operational standpoint it's controls were logical and simple to use. It uses less water and produces exceptionally clean clothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so disappointed in this washer. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to wash a load of clothes. Never sure how much soap to use. Our clothes come out so wrinkled we have to iron everything. All of our clothes are now faded (yes, cold water & Woolite) and falling apart. I wish I had my old Kenmore back:(

I am really happy with this purchase. Technology in washers has come a long way. The cycles are a bit longer but match my dryin time because they are dry the first time which means I'm switching loads at the same time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wished I had read reviews before buying. I am so disappointed with this machine. Had many service calls. Towels don't come out clean. Does not always spin out my clothes. Have to keep using the drain and spin cycle. Not happy!!

After a month or so we gave up and returned the unit. The clothes would end up tied in knots and practically permanently wrinkled. We tried various settings with the same results. I would have to say that the design is seriously lacking. All the Hi Efficiency features probably add to the problem. We have a much less efficient one now and seems to be doing a much better job. And it has an agitator like our old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the performance of the washer. I have had it about a month now. Cleans very well. Many cycles to choose from. The only thing I don't really like about is is the locking lid.
