This washer does a great job if your laundry is not very dirty, but having a logger in the family and trying to get dirty, greasy clothes clean is a chore. I have tried all the cycles, water temps stain removers etc. and nothing works except washing two or three times and only very small loads. Really wish I would have gotten a machine with an agitator for this reason. Would not recommend for heavy duty laundry!

What an exciting new way to do laundry. If you are weary of your present washer dancing all over the floor you need to try this Whirlpool Top Loading HE washer. I promise you will be as happy, satisfied and excited to do your laundry as I am.It's quiet, efficient, and cleans wonderfully.It certainly fall into that old caption, "Try it, you'll like it!"

This Whirlpool washer provides thorough cleaning with low sound output and leaves clothes with minimum water content to speed drying.

Good product for the price

Needed a sound machine for a good value. Like the energy star rating and ease of use. End cycle chimes are very loud and there is no volume control, so I have turned them off.Have had no problems with this machine.

It took several trial uses of the product before I could see how to get the clothes washed as clean as they should be, i.e., learning whether to choose high spin, heavy duty, etc. I still think it uses too little water.I also think the normal spin is too much, because I like to hang my clothes to dry. this product spins so dry that too many wrinkles remain that do not com out, even when drying in the dryer, and definitely when hanging to dry.I feel that the product does not clean well set at "normal " so I always set it at heavy soil. I am unhappy that the setting for low spin will not select. It bypasses my choice. So i have wrinkled clothes.

These are absolutely the best Washer and Dryer I have ever used. I love that they both have cycle signals so I dont forget that I have laundry to do. Super easy to use, and gets our clothes very clean
