very loud

I like the design and the fact it doesn't have a large agigator. The sound is loud, i almost feel like something is wrong. If the noise level could be improved I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends.

I don't like the way the clothes look or feel when they come out ot the washer. They are so tightly twisted together (no matter how carefully I put them in) it can't possibly be good for the clothes. They feel different when they come out of the dryer as well, particularly the towels (the dryer didn't change). And I'm using the correct setting for towels. It also does not spin out throw rugs well. They're still very wet when I take them out, even with an extra rinse and spin. There are so many choices of settings, some with ambiguous titles, I find myself having to refer often to the guide to determine the appropriate setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer with easy to use features

This washer has a great design and is easy to use. There are the perfect amount of features on this washer and all wash options are all you need. The washer seems to work better on dark clothes with certain detergents. Some detergents leave marks on my dark pants and if I wash again with different detergent they are good. Other than that, we love our washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this to replace a Whirlpool washer that was destroyed in a flood. The other model was no longer available. Extremely satisfied with this washer. One drawback....I always have to do a second rinse when washing blacks/dark colors. It may have to do with the water levels.

Possibly the worst washing machine

Where do I start?Clothes are often not clean with one wash. If more than one pair of pants or long sleeve shirts is washed, they tangle and tie in knots. EVERYTHING comes out so wrinkled that tumbling in the dryer on "no heat" is required to get out some of the wrinkles. At least 60% of the load will still need ironing. The water level is so low, that at times, things come out DRY. Aggitation is not effective - a folded item like a napkin or tablecloth will come out still folded. It is NOT energy efficient because extra washing and drying and ironing use electricity, water, and my time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
