YIKES!

This machine is so L O U D!! when it is running. My husband thought there was something wrong with it. Also, sorry to say it really does not seem to get my clothes clean. Maybe I am old school....I like a machine full of water. The amount of water it uses to wash my clothes is maybe 1 gallon. Some clothes are "dry" when they come out of the washer and it makes me think they are not getting properly washed. Also, I used the Downy Unstoppables which I then had to pick off O N E by O N E from all of the clothes. Very Frustrating!! When I spoke to customer service, they told me to reduce the amount of the Downy Unstoppables I was using. Yet the instructions say..."shake a little or a lot into the cap" and toss into washer.Sorry to say I cannot give this washer a good rating. I will leave the Cabrio pair with the house when I sell it. It's a shame because it is only 2 week old.

Very quiet and easy to understand features

I do not feel that this washer does a very good job getting my laundry clean compared to my previous washer. I have to wash almost everything on the "heavy soil" setting to get it clean even though it's lightly soiled items.I do love the design of the washer. It's very quiet and the sound that it makes when the load is done is very pleasant instead of an annoying "DING". The features are very easy to understand as well.

Great overall washer

This washer overall does a great job. Sometimes I find that the soap does not completely rinse out of bulky items such as comforters. Very happy with the large capacity and ease of use.

The machine does not clean well, I have to run anything dirty twice and nothing smells clean afterward. It twists clothes and sheets into knots. It has destroyed several delicate articles of clothing, plus one bed sheet was torn. It does not let you control the water level or temp settings. The automatic settings are not good. I regret heartly buying this machine. I wish I could afford to throw it out and buy a decent machine.

Great washer for the price

I was not sure if I was going to like the low water feature of this washer, but have found that it works out quite well, except for when I am washing bulky items. For normal or even heavy soiled laundry it does a great job, however, when I wash bulky items, like pillows, small bathroom rugs, large blankets, things like that, even though I try to throw smaller items in with them to balance it, it doesn't seem to work and it will get off balance and I have to fix it because the machine will sound like it is coming after me. However, I don't wash them all the time, and for normal washing, including my husband's dirty jeans, it does a great job, doesn't get off balance and cleans my clothes well.It doesn't have a lot of fancy features, but it has everything that I need. I like the double rinse feature and use it quite often. For the price it is a great value, gets the job done, holds larger loads than my former full size stacking front loading washer. I wish it had a glass top though, I kind of like to check on how things are going in the wash cycle for some reason.

I would prefer to be able to control my own settings especiclly when I have small load..Also a hard time adjusting the load when it gets off balance.

It is the so easy to use and is so much faster than any washer I have ever used! The setting are easy to set, and I love the fact it senses how much water to use! It is a all around great washer!
