This is the first time in 20 years that I have had a NEW WASHER and DRYER. The easy of use has made wash day a breeze in my home. I have to keep up laundry for 3 growing boys, a baby and my daught3re and her husband.... It was taking me at least two days to do all the laundy, since I have had my new Washer, it has cut that down to a half a day. The automatic measure of water needed, the settings for every need has made it easy to complete my chore. Thank you

Product does not live up to the Whirlpool Name

Clothes are not clean, loud while running, soap tray always has standing water in it as does the fabric softener tray. This is my 4th Whirlpool, and sadly this one is my least favorite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine. The large tub has no central agitator and is a pleasure to load. It automatically senses the size of the load and adjusts the water level appropriately which saves me a lot of money here in New Mexico where water is precious. Thanks for thinking of me when you designed this machine.
