Love this washing machine. I have never had an agitator free washer before so I was hesitant, but I love it. I would recommend this machine to any one who is looking for a new one.

Great washer

I was a little against having a washer that did not have an agitator. I remember helping my mother do laundry with the old ringer style washer and wash tubs. So to go with something that didn't 'beat' your clothes clean was a new concept. But I am happy to say that our clothes are clean and the time to do laundry has been cut down considerably.
I would recommend this to a friend!

disappointing for a Whirlpool

Glad I got a nice rebate on this washer, and I am happy it is eco-friendly. However, it is a bit noisy and I do not like the detergent and fabric softener dispenser, which always has water leftover in it. What I dislike most is that it scrunches up the clothes in the spin cycle and clothes come out way more wrinkled than my previous washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent efficiency

This product performs well. First time I used it I was startled by the noisy clicks when it changes cycles. However, the noise is tolerable since it performs so well.

This product does not clean my kids clothes that have little soil level. We have had this product for about 6 months and it has started to mess up. Will not complete a cycle.

Nice washer for the money

Have had the washer/dryer for a short time and both are working well. Didn't want a front load washer, Whirlpool brand was recommended to us, and this fit our needs. Followed the instructions for loading and I think this makes all the difference in performance.

It never goes through the whole wash

When I'm washing my family laundry it never gets through the entire wash cycle it always stops during the rinse cycle . Im so annoyed with it I have to change the cycle to rinse every time I wash a load of clothing.
