Great features

Had washer about 3 months, very satisfied. First high efficiency that I have owned.After getting used to different operational sounds all is fine. Clothes very clean and machine is easier on them and capacity is sufficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It died after 4 years

I have to rate this machine is poor simply because it didn't last very long. 4 years, to be exact. In my opinion, that is a complete fail. We had the repairmen come out, who said it wouldn't be worth it to fix it. For the money, he recommended buying a new one. During the time that the machine did work, it wasn't bad. I would even rate it as good - if it weren't for its short life. Sorry. Four years really doesn't cut it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new washer!

I had a frontloader for 10 years. I thought it was the best at cleaning our clothes untill we got the cabrio. It does a great job and uses very little water. It is very quiet and it is easy to use. Thank you for a great product.

less water

Very happy with all our washer has to offer. The biggest difference was on our water bill. Even with our old washer. We would save the rinse water to start the next load. That made for to much time in the laundry room. Now with our new washer. We load it, and leave it till its done. It uses less water for a complete cycle than our old one did for just the wash cycle. Our only complaint would be the time it takes to do a load of laundry. Around 50 minutes give or take depending on the wash cycle. To conclude, we love it.

Could not believe my eyes seeing a washing tube with no agitator. How do the clothes get clean -- beautifully!!!!!!!!!! And, in less time, saving energy and water. I've cut down on my detergent too!
