Not a fan....yet!

I bought this washer a little over a month ago and while I am pleased with the look of the washer and the fact that it doesn't have an agitator, I am not completely sold on it yet. I don't think that my clothes are getting super clean in the first wash, and so I am usually doing a second wash to get them clean. I have just recently started washing everything on heavy soil (whether they are or not)so that I can make sure that they are getting clean on the first try. Not sure how that is impacting the efficiency, but the clothes seem a bit cleaner.

Great HE washer

I had a front load previously, and the upkeep to keep the odor away was not worth it, this model works well and does a great job on every load.

horrible. does not clean clothes, mangles and pulls clothes

had washer for about four months, couldn't stand it anymore so I replaced it. expensive mistake. clothes did not come clean, dry spots on many items, inadequate water I suspect. mangles, sometimes rips clothes. whites come out grey. does not save energy since loads have to be rewashed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I understand how some people would not like this washer. You need to load the washer properly. This washer has great room and can do small loads to large loads. It does a great job and washing my clothes and making my whites even whiter. I love the washer and dryer is great too. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new washer.

Good machine but noisy

I like the updated convenience of the technology. Washes great. Wrings out the clothes well. But compared to my older Whirlpool Calypso washing machine which was a quiet wash, this machine is very noisy. Sounds like a car trying to start during the main cleaning on any cycle, like its a piece tin. I would have kept my 8 year old Calypso washing machine but needed it to match the new dryer.

Great Washer

I love this washer, it has many load features for washing a small delicate load to bulky blankets. The melody when the washer is done is very nice. The only problems I have is remembering to buy the he detergents and when washing blankets (queen- king size) only one can be washed at a time or the washer does not completely wring out all of the water and you have to run a rinse/drain cycle again. Otherwise it is a great washer.
