This product didn't deliver results expected

We were very excited with this wash machine. It had an excellent design and some nice features.The clothes come out just as soiled as they did when put in and sometimes they are still dry. The cycle that spins the highest catches on clothes and the wear and tear quite easily. Most of our towels have holes in them from where the became caught in one of the mechanisms.The machine didn't last. We have oil spewing out the bottom with each load. It's like the gears or bearings have worn. The quality just isn't in this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really enjoy this washer a lot. If you are will to spend the extra $50 get the one with the timer so you know how long the loads will take because there is no way of telling.My clothes come out super clean and it it about as quiet as any other top load washer. it is also very light and easy to move and adjust.I have not noticed a big jump in my electric bill either which was the ultimate concern. My only issue was when I first started using it I thought the sensor wasn't working because the lid would lock them unlock but I realized I was just being impatient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less Water, less wear

I like the feature of using less water yet, it does not lessen the cleaning effect. Best to be sure to have all laudry items ready for wash, because the door locks at the start of the and takes about a minute to unlock.

I love this washer. This is a strong machine. Its a little loud. Doesn't use much water and its doesn't take much time to complete a load. I would reccomend this machine to my friends.

Clothing and items like sheets become very tangled. Although clean, the items are all twisted together. NO SOAK CYCLE; water drains out of tub if you stop cycle to allow clothes; to soak.
