The washer works very well, is quiet and extremely energy efficient. We noticed a drop in our utility costs the next month.So many excellent features at a very reasonable price point.Not a single negative thing to report after 4+ months of use!RECOMMENDED!

Good, with several reservations

Good in some new ways (automatic adjustsments for weight of load, incredibly fast spin cycle. Problems: very difficult to get the machine balanced when it is installed. During the wash cycle, as the water is introduced to the basket, some of the interior clothing in the load do not get wet. Thus, they are not totally washed, in our opinion.The machine does seem to be more gentle on the clothes, and they aren't as beat up as with the traditional type of washers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is a great product. This is my first HE Washer and I'm so impressed with how much better it cleans over my old standard washer, plus I love that they have a dispenser for the liquid fabric softener (no longer do I have to listen for the rinse cycle to add it!!) The only thing I would add is that they should have an override setting for the water level... I like to wash my heavier vinyl shower curtain a couple of times in hot bleach water before I replace it. I haven't tried it yet but I'm afraid that the water level might not be high enough to clean it the way it would need to be. Plus with the fact that it's clear rather than colored, it might throw the sensor off.

Good for the price

I like the extra space without an agitator so I can fit larger items like my comforter. Before I had to go to the laundry mat but now I can do it at home.

Product has electrical problems. This washer doesn't seem to clean well. This product looks nice but does not work very well.
