DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WASHER!!!!!!!

Within one month of purchasing this washer, we had to have BOTH the hot and cold valves replaced. Shortly after one year of owning this washer (just after the factory warranty expired), we began having problems with the spin cycle. The spin cycle would routinely fail resulting in soaking wet clothes at the end of the cycle. Next, the washer began having problems during the sensing point of the cycle. The motor seemed to be having trouble and began to produce loud noises. Again, save yourself the trouble and your money and DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this washer and the matching dryer and I couldn't be happier. It's so easy to use, my 13 year old is able to help load and start laundry...now if I could only get her to fold I'd be set! I love that there is no center agitator for the clothes to get tangled in. Loads wash very quickly. Also, I've saved so much on detergent and fabric softener because you only have to use very small amounts to get your laundry clean.Buy this set; you won't be disappointed!

With a husband who works construction and always has dirty clothes, this washer gets them clean better then my old front load washer. It also spins the clothes out until they are almost dry. Plus there is no foul smell, when it has been sitting empty for a few days, unlike my old one. I am glad I bought it.

Long cycles, noisy, wrinkled clothes that aren't that clean. Can't rinse the detergent cup that you used add the detergent so you end up with messing detergent bottles and a floor. When the machine spins out on high spin, you think something is wrong with the machine because it shakes so bad. On the positive side, found the controls to be easy to use and the options for washing good. Wouldn't recommend for a larger family or a situation when large amounts of laundry has to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
