A little disappointed

I know this is a good brand and will likely wear well over the next few years. However, I'm disappointed in several aspects. First, my clothes come out twisted, extremely wrinkled compared to my former brand. I don't like the fact that if you hit "Pause" then before restarting it you or someone accidently hits the Power button, it automatically dispenses all the water, detergent, softner, etc. You need some kind of way to stop that from happening - good detergent isn't cheap! Maybe if you had to hit the button twice, you would be more aware of what's taking place. Would really prefer to pick my own water level, specifically by that type of measure - "high" "low" "medium". And the spin - You bascially have 3 choices - High, Low, None. What happened to a "Medium" when you're doing cotton T's and you don't need high because it will wrinkle them too much and low leaves too much water in them. The wrinkling and twisting is what really bothers me the most. The machine I traded was about 15 years old, I chose precisely what I wanted it to do in plain simple language and never had a problem. The outside design of the machine is great - I like it - that's the best point I see in my new washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer is easy to use with easy to read features

When first getting this washer I thought it would be hard to use but it very easy.The features are easy to read and easy to use. The liquid laundry detergent holder is lovely you'll never over use again. The washer doesn't use a lot of water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but not great

Takes longer to load then a regular washer, because you have to make sure not to cover the middle. You have to make sure you can see the middle after putting the clothes in, so you have to take the time to put them in there just so. My old washer with an agitator fit more in it then this one does. Clothes do come out clean, but not any drier than a regular washer, so the dryer still needs to run just as long. Also when washing a comforter, there is always white spots on it afterwards. When it comes down to it, it works okay, but I think my old washer worked better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's been a long time since I bought a new washer and dryer. I bought mine on a budget and I love it! It works wonderfully and everything comes out great! I will stay with the whirlpool brand from now on.
