Worked great for 3 year but then ...

5 out of 10 times the cycle does not complete .. and it gets stuck on spin ; clothes are still soaked i then have to reset it ; power off/on and restart ..
Its works 50% of the time now. Very frustating considering I spent 1.2K for two units at the time.
Do not recommend.

This machine stopped working, not worth it!

The machine stopped agitating and spinning...just fills with water and sits there. I do not recommend it.

Has never worked consistently well

Whirlpool Cabrio model WTW5600XW0, serial number C11330081, I have this machine 7 years. It has always been a problem. When it was under warranty and then under an extended warranty, it often would not drain and spin properly. It often had to be “recalibrated”. I usually have to rerun on a drain and spin cycle to get rid of excess water before I can put the items in the dryer. Now, once again, it is happening on every cycle. I am not going to invest anymore money in this unreliable awful machine!
