Fantastic Washer

I was a bit skeptical at first when I bought this machine. This is my first HE machine. I have a large family and plenty of laundry to do. I was thinking how is this going to clean my clothes with hardly any water? It does a fantastic job. It takes a bit of getting use to. I thoroughly read the instructions and made sure that I loaded it properly cause you can't load it like you would an agitator machine. I have had no problems with tangled clothes or sheets. None of my clothes were wrinkled or damaged. You have to make sure you load properly and use the right detergent. It is very quiet. You will hardly notice it running. It has a lot of nice features too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My machine was bought in September and the machine works very well - the store I bought it from (Gerhard's) had poor installers and they did not get the drain pipe in the proper pipe to discharge and I had water running into my office carpet and holes cut in my wall to determine the problem. A big mess that I hope Gerhard's is going to stand behind.

Poor Performance

I've washed the same pair of pink jeans 3 times now using the same stain remover I've used for years and the chocolate stain still hasn't come out. I had a stackable in my condo that worked much better. The clothes don't come out clean, I hate using the downy ball and the fact that I cannot open the machine and the matching dryer wrinkles all my clothes.

This washer great for wide range of loads

We like the fact the water and energy usage adjusts so we do not feel as guilty about doing small loads. The machine does a good job at cleaning clothes. Overall we are very happy with the performance. The one comment is that there is no dispenser for stain fighter, powdered color safe "bleach" or similar.

This washing machine does what I need.

I've had this washing machine for 7 months. I've been very happy with how easy it is to use. It doesn't have all the bells and whistle some people may want. But it does have enough and washes everything great. I love the energy star, the sensing features...especially the water level needed for the loads. All and all it's a great machine.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I purchased this product from the builder when I purchased my new condo. I specifically picked this one because it did not have an agitator - all my clothes got wrapped around the one in my old washer. It was also touted as being "eco efficient", but that isn't true. EVERY TIME I use this washer, it leaves marks on my clothing - especially the dark clothes. I have to re-rinse the clothing almost every time I use the washer, which is NOT very efficient in my opinion. Also, it seems to run ALOT longer than my old washer. The regular cycle takes about an hour to complete - where's the efficiency there? In addition, the washer is quite loud when it is running. I CERTAINLY do NOT recommend this washer to anyone considering purchasing one.

priced right, perfect fit for my family

I am very pleased with the ease and performance. Really takes the water out of clothes. It can handle king size comforter. The only not positive thing I would say is: Need to put your clothes in machine so the middle agitator is shown, sometimes this is hard to do and get your bulky items to fit. It maybe me, trying to overstuff, but the clothes do come out clean. With any of these water saving washers, they do make more noise then the normal washers. I recommend top load energy savers vs front load type because you don't have to worry about the seal getting pulled out with the clothes or mold in the seals. This machine is very easy to clean.

So far, an excellent product. If I were to change anything it would be to have a more sturdy soap/fabric softner dispenser installed (seems a little weak and cheap).
