The unit Looks lovely, but as noted in my review, not sure items are really clean...Clorox helps the stale odor of laundered clothing and other items.I noticed this at my daughter-in-laws home with her high efficiency LG washer/ Dryer combo.I thought this Whirlpool product would be improved. So far, not impressed.Also, too noisy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can do small or large loads , it sense the size of the load to uses less water,I like that i can wash my blankets at home. I have also washed bed pillows. this is a time saver

I've had my washer for several months now. I absolutely love all the features. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an efficient and easy to use washer. Couldn't believe the water savings when I received my first couple of water bills. Truly saves water. This machine is used daily and a lot are small loads, the feature that determines water level really works. Am very happy with our purchase and the follow up by Whirlpool.

Very disappointing

After only weeks, the machine would turn on and off by itself. Many times it would seem to re-set the options I had chosen, even simply turning itself off before being completley done. Once, the lid-lock mechanism would not unlock and the machine had to be manually forced in to. I have many other Whirlpool appliances, but this item is the worst appliance I have ever had from any manufacturer. I have decided to relace it after only two years of consistant headaches with it.

Thus was one of my best purchases ever. It had a large capacity for clothes and everything comes out wrinkle free. I inky wish I had bought the matching dryer at the time .
