I bought this washer and the dryer that matches it about 7 months ago and love them. When my son's washer and dryer gave up on them we went to the appliance store and still had the same models. I have had so much good luck with these and the whirlpool brand I bought them the same washer and dryer. I have always bought whirlpool because of the life I get out of the appliances. Dishwasher,trash compactor,refrigerator,washer and dryer and now my children buy the same brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the way the new washing machine does not use a lot of water. It does make the lights flicker, however, when running, so I am sure it must use quite a bit of water. I also have to keep in mind that the cener ring is not covered with clothes.Overall, it seems to be a good machine and I am hoping it lasts me 10 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am miserable with this product

I am not sure how to "return" a washer after 2-3 months! In that time period, I have tried EVERY setting possible on this washer to get my clothes clean! Also, I have never had to IRON my clothes before I purchased this machine. The clothes come out of the washer so tied up and twisted that I must take piece by piece before putting them into the dryer and shake them hard just to hope they come out of the dryer well enough that I can iron them!!! Permanent Press clothes.... forget it! Not with this washer!! Now I have to try and figure out what to do with it. Not sure if they will take it back because I did not want to complain until I had exhausted EVERY possibility that it was me & not the washer!! It's the Washer!!!!!!!!.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently purchased this washer/dryer combo.Washer does not wash clothes well leaving them dirty, smelly, and wears them out.Clothes are coming out extremely wrinkled and worn.Cannot do large loads because of the washer's inability to "wash."I do not recommend this product! My clothes look very worn!

Quietest darn dishwasher ever!

We have an open floor plan where the kitchen is open to the living room. We can start the dishwasher after dinner and sit in the living room to chat with guests and we cannot hear our new dishwasher running. Fabulous!

Has potential, but needss ome improvements

This machine is easy to use , and I find that the clothing comes out much cleaner than other machines I have had,However, I have tried many combinations and still the clothes come out twisted, wrinkled and my :tops: are all strerched out, especially the bottoms of the blouses and shirts. I hesitate to wash of my better tops in it.I continue to read the manuel and alter different options. but something is amiss.I wonder why with such good programmed options, why the clothes are twisted and stretched. Any suggestions?

Great product except the sound level

This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone! Its very efficient and the energy saving options are great! The only con would be the sound level, it only beeps a few times and then shuts off.
