User Manual lack of removing door handle

The User and Care Manual ( Page 17 to 19 ) is referring to a different model. I am trying to move the door handle in order to have the door open from the right side (default is left). The screws on the left side of the door handle are hidden under a metal cover(a flat surface) which looks like part of the handle. See attached picture. The cover does not come out easily and I am afraid of breaking it.
Everyone loves my new refrigerator but I found one flaw and it's not necessarily the refrigerator.... The bucket that comes with the ice machine doesn't fit exactly so a little of the times the ices will fall out the bck and down under the pull out basket. It's a pain to keep pulling out the basket to clean. I have to constantly stop making ice until I've used enough to turn it back on. I'm sure there's a way to rig it but I shouldn't have to...
several small improvements would change this to a 5 star: door stop - currently the door swings wide dislodging items stored in the door fridge drawers - pull out is not smooth; catches freezer basket /shelving could be compartmentalized
I love it and my produce keeps so much longer since I got this. I really like the freezer door as its so much easier to see things in it and a lot easier to get to them. the shelves on the door are great. They hold a lot and easier to find things. Thank you GE for this wondeful refrigerator!
