Does the job

yeah occasionally the silicone cover rolls off a bit , and sometimes you have to set it in the case twice to get it right. Big whoop.
BUT I bought the otterbox to protect my HTC. Today it did just that.
I usually put the phone case and all in the inside pocket of my leather jacket when I take the bike out. Today I just slid it into the tank bag and took off ( forgetting to zip the bag). At 65 mph I felt something hit my leg and looked in the mirror in time to see my tumbling Desire enter destruct mode as it exploded onto the asphalt.I stopped the scooter and ran back knowing that I would have to file the insurance claim and glad that I had insurance.
The pieces were scattered over about 25 yards, but amazingly all the pieces were intact.I couldn't believe it. Other than a few superficial scratches the only damage was the clip on the otterbox which snapped off.
I reassembled the pieces and held my breath , it was slow to reboot but it works. I doubt that the design engineers ever intended the otterbox to protect the phone from a 65 mph fall from a motorcycle. Great job from a great product. Thanks guys,, RC Cole

Great Product, Insane Service

I've had the product for about 8 months and love it. I work on a farm so my phone gets put into some pretty rough situations. It has been dropped, stepped on, or worse and the phone is fine. I did have a problem with the clip on the belt holster broke when I fell on it. I contacted customer service via e-mail on the weekend and had a response in 30 minutes, a few days later I had a new Otterbox. I can't say enough about the product and I've never received such great customer service from a company before.
Pros: High quality, Durable

Great case

This is a great case. I've had it for a year and have no complaints. Love the holster, with over a year of heavy use, it still works well. I have had phone fall out of it a couple of times recently when jumping down off of truck (6-10ft).
I had spent over an hour on phone with tech support when internet at my house went out, they were no help and ended hanging up on me. When this happened. I threw my phone down as hard as I could not realizing I had walked over to concrete floor and it just bounced back up to head height where I caught it making me angrier, but no damage to phone. Paid for itself right there.
Pros: Durable, High quality, holster
Cons: non-found
I would recommend this to a friend!

To all that is thinking about buying any other case DON'T DO IT. It would be a big mistake i know the price is a little high but well worth every Pennie .And Otter Box has the best customer service i have encountered in my 43 years thanks for you all your help Otter Box

easily broken

My case is tearing very easily , it has a couple of rips , and the headphone closer tore off.. i just got it a week ago .
Cons: Low quality, easily torn
