I was a little doubtfull about purchasing my printer, as i was looking for one that did all types and sizes of printing, as it is a little on the larger size. It was defintly worth buying as it does everything i need and more. Easy set up and have had no problems, slightly loud when first turned on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink supply surprise

The printer works well and with the options of A3 printing,faxing and scanning all easily activated by touch screen or wireless connection, it is a good all round printer. However there have been some surprises with the ink cartridges HP 920 range. Having purchased the XL cartridges with a claimed 700 pages, both blue and red cartridges have not given even 250 page equivalent use. On checking with John Lewis, where the printer was purchased, it seems that this is a known problem. They get a lot of complaints of underfilling of 920XL cartridges. It is a pity because the printer itself is excellent.

Really Good Product

I like this printer because it is A3 size which i needed. i use this product for my hobby of Card Making, also comes in handy for all my documents to. I would tell people to buy this printer as you get more printting with the ink,and also you do not have to buy all ink cartridges at once.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very useful addition to home printing

Great to have wide format option and brilliant wifi not having to physically connect all of my computers to it. Only downside is the prints are quite pale compared to my old printer but haven't figured out how to change settings yet to increase intensity. I'm working on it though.

I bought this specifically to print A3 photos. The quality of the print pretty good, overall, but the machine seemed to have trouble ejecting the photo paper as the print sequence came to an end. At at the very last minute it seemed to hold onto the paper and leave a smudge of ink right across the paper in the last 1/4 inch or so. Tthis happened time and again in spite of using the recommended paper and genuine hp ink and continually checking and cleaning the printhead. The only solution I could find was leaving a larger margin than I would normally. I suppose you get what you pay for
